Bought this for my Acer Aspire 5000. Works fine. No sure on longevity, but so far (1 month) and it's pretty good.

needed a new battery for my Compaq laptop. I always shop around for the best price and was happy to find it on Batterycentury. I also knew I could return it without a hassle if it did not work properly.
It fits and works great. I have been using it for about 2 months now.

Battery works great and looks better than some of the competitors. Putting this battery on your notebook does really turn it into the mobile tool it was designed to be. Instead of being tethered to a power outlet several times a day, use this battery and you are free to roam and do what you need and take your notebook with you!

Why your Acer LCBTP03003 Battery light flashing?

Acer battery LCBTP03003 problem;
- Go to your power settings by right clicking on the desktop and select Properties> click the Screen Saver tab> click Power.
- Under Power schemes select select all of the choices to never.
- Plug the power supply into the
laptop and wait till it reaches 100% and stop charging..
- Disconnect the power supply and let the laptop discharge completly untill it heibernates.
- Reconect the power supply and let the laptop charge complely again, then go back into the Acer LCBTP03003 Battery power settings and resume the previous settings.
