this battery is loooonnnggg lasting!!!! now i never have to look around for an outlet at starbucks, this is awesome investment at a cheap price for a high cell battery. one of the best purchases i made.

I was a little uncertain before I bought it - the Acer battery (on the Acer website) made me a little concerned that any battery I bought would just as likely not fit in the battery compartment.
This one slipped right in. Mind you it does protrude out the back a bit, and lifts the back edge of the computer, but hey, where would you put the extra cells if you did not grow the foot print a bit.
This is a great battery and a great deal! I heartily recommend it for anyone.
Acer C300 Battery Use guide
In order to better play the superior performance of batteries, please follow the guidance:
- Please select the same model or a model of manufacturer specified ac adapter.
- Please exhaust all the battery power until the computer prompts the state of power 0%,Replacement battery to fully activate the lithium-ion cell.
- Run out before charging, when notebook prompted low-power then charge the laptop battery. Why your Acer TravelMate C300 Battery light flashing?
this migth fix your problem;
- Go to your power settings by right clicking on the desktop and select Properties> click the Screen Saver tab> click Power.
- Under Power schemes select select all of the choices to never.
- Plug the power supply into the
laptop and wait till it reaches 100% and stop charging..
- Disconnect the power supply and let the laptop discharge completly untill it heibernates.
- Reconect the power supply and let the laptop charge complely again, then go back into the Acer TravelMate C300 laptop battery power settings and resume the previous settings.
