This battery works perfectly with my computer. I cannot comment as to battery life as I rarely use it over half an hour unplugged but my meter still shows about 90% capacity left over that time. A comparable original Dell battery would have cost at least twice what this one did and I am very glad I bought it.
I picked this battery up as a Christmas present and she's loved every second of it. She can get a legit 3 to 3 1/2 hours out of a full charge with wifi on and the screen on bright. Well worth the money.
This battery fits nicely. On the lowest power setting, expect at most 3 hours of charge, assuming little media usage. This is small comparatively speaking, but if you're always sitting at home docked or plugged in, you just won't care. But the battery makes the laptop the PERFECT size and weight; I love it.
