I received this equivalent battery in the mail for my laptop about one week ago. Installed it, really simple. Worked like a charm. Battery life is about 3 hours. works great.

Don't waste money on dell replacement batteries in dell.com. This product is really good and it works well. Dell system may not recognize this battery immediately but don't mind that message. It works perfectly fine. I have an inspiron 6000.
