All active connections will rapidly decrease your phone’s battery life. Here’s how to turn off Bluetooth:
- From the Home screen, select Settings
- Tap Wireless controls
- Unmark the Bluetooth checkbox.
Other useful tips to maximize battery performance:
- Only use location services when needed
- Turn off push email
- Minimize the use of applications
- Charge your phone whenever it’s looking low
- Turn off your phone temporarily if you’re out of coverage or use Flight mode – your phone will consume power when it’s searching for network
- Turn off Wi-Fi when you’re not using it
- Close running applications when not in use.

* Select Voice Control and turn it off.
