The battery works and holds a reasonable charge (about 3 hrs), for the price I cannot complain. I know I am hard on batteries which certainly will reduce my charge performance.

Not only have I had no problems with the battery I actually get about 30 minutes more of time (4 hrs or so) than I did with my original battery (3.5 hrs). I use my computer almost all day every day as well. I would definately order another one of these instead of the Sony battery.
